Definition:
Milestone: Milestone is operating under the laws of the Turkey Country.
Account: Every user can create an account using Login Credentials on our platform. Each account provides special services according to the purchased plans.
Signals: Third parties called “Signal providers” recommend buying/selling specific cryptocurrencies. These expert recommendations are called Signals, according to which beginner traders can configure software to automatically buy/sell currencies.
Platform: The Milestone Website has enabled the delivery of trade services such as connecting with Signal Providers, trading in cryptocurrencies using bots, etc.
Subscription Terms: The initial terms and conditions that the user agrees with when subscribing, plus the subsequent renewal/changes made to the terms.
User: Any individual private person(s) or legal entity(s) who benefits from the platform services.
The following Terms and Condition is agreed upon between Milestone as “Platform” (hereafter also “Milestone” or “we/our”) and users as those who benefit from services (hereafter also “you”):
- Registration and personal account
To use Platform services, the user needs to register and create an account. Each member will have access to specific features and services according to their purchased plan.
The user admits that the personal information, provided for identity verification, is accurate and complete.
To create an account, you need to go through the registration process and provide “Login Credentials” including a valid email address and strong, secure password.
You can deposit Fiat or Crypto into your account. The initial capital cannot be withdrawn, while the user is permitted to withdraw profits in any form. To start trading, the User should at least deposit a minimum amount of money.
The user is responsible for the non-disclosure of his/her Login Credentials. This means you should not share the aforementioned information with any third party. In case your Account is deleted or blocked, you won’t have permission to create a new account.
- Offers and prices
All seasonal offers or free trials are subject to these Terms.
The Platform reserves the right to amend prices at any time. The price changes will take effect immediately.
The Service prices, mentioned in the Platform, will not bear tax or other expenses unless indicated otherwise.
- Subscription
To benefit from Platform functions and services, a user must provide a “Subscription.” These Subscriptions are offered at a fixed amount per month. Use this link to apply for a Subscription.
Each Subscription plan offers a special package of services and features. The packages vary in the number of positions, number of currencies, and trading features.
If a user violates these Terms and applicable regulations, the Platform may limit or terminate his/her subscription/account. Otherwise, the Subscription will commence and expire according to the start/end dates indicated in each package.
The Subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period unless the user or Platform decides not to renew the Subscription. One month after this notification, the Subscription will be terminated.
The user is not allowed to withdraw the Subscription more than two weeks after the initial request.
- Payment
To buy plans and Subscriptions, the user must pay using possible payment methods including PayPal, Master Card, and Visa.
The price of the Subscription will be paid every month by the user. If not, the Milestone reserves the right to disable the account or platform functions.
Once a Subscription is purchased, the user must remain active during the specified timeframe.
- Fair use of our Platform
Only users above 18 years old are allowed to use our platform.
Any action against Turkey regulation and/or other applicable laws will result in account termination.
Your account or subscription will be terminated in case you provide incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect data, content, or information. Violation of any law/regulation will also lead to account termination.
You or any third party should not engage in the following actions:
- Entering secure or non-public areas of our website,
- Sending junk email, spam, chain letters, ads unsolicited offers, viruses, or worms of any kind.
- Violate security and authentication of our Platform,
- Investigation, test, or scan of Services or the Platform as a whole or other related system or network.
- Using automated systems to withdraw data from the platform
- Making or distribution of Platform or Services copies
- No misuse, harm, translation, hack sell, distribution, copy, rent, loan, merge, alter, reproduce, modification, or disassemble of the platform or services is allowed
- Creation of derivate works of any kind.
In case of Terms violation or damages to the Platform, Signal Providers, or Users, the user will have limited or no access at all to the Platform functionalities.
- Privacy
Using our website, we will collect certain personal information from you as mentioned in our Privacy Policy accessible through this link: https://paya.mehrin.com/Terms & Conditions/. As a rule of thumb, Milestone respects user privacy according to the Turkey Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- Intellectual property
The exclusive licensee of all intellectual property rights relates to Milestone Platform. this includes but is not limited to Trademarks, database rights, service marks, trade names, copyrights, trade secrets, licenses, domain names, know-how, property rights and processes, etc.
The user will have a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-recoverable license to use the Platform and Services, according to these Terms, as long as they comply with all obligations. This license will be withdrawn with no notice when the obligations are not met.
- Availability of the Services and disclaimer of warranties
Considering the nature of services provided on Milestone, we cannot guarantee error-free and seamless access to all Platform functions, yet every required effort is made to ensure uninterrupted access for all users.
Milestone is not responsible for the quality of Signal Provider’s content. However, we try to compensate for any proven losses in future signal package services.
Milestone constantly updates, modifies, or adapts the platform and its functionalities, striving to keep downtime at a minimum.
The Milestone Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any kind of warranty. Therefore, we disclaim implied warranties regarding the availability of the Platform.
The User and Platform agree to the following limitation of liability with respect to the use of services:
- Milestone is not liable for the User’s direct or indirect costs or damages unless there is any misconduct or negligence on Platform’s part.
- Milestone does not accept any responsibility for damage to the User in case of incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the User.
Milestone won’t accept any responsibility for any damage resulting from access or use of the Platform or Services including:
- The operation unavailability,
- Downloading or using functions, software availability, and Services including hyperlinks or Signals
- Claims of third parties in connection with the use of data
- Loss of data
- Proper functioning of Platform links
- Financial benefit of Services or the Platform for Users.
- Damages or alterations to the Users’ equipment as a result of using the platform
- Damages incurred due to the use of exchange that the Platform uses for trading or connected to.
- failure to meet any of the obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.
The Milestone has no control or influence on the User-Forum, or Question Section and will not monitor content shared by the user. However, we reserve the right to remove unlawful or violating content or information with/without notice.
- Helpdesk
Users can reach out to our helpdesk in case they have trouble working with the Platform and/or services.
We won’t be able to provide personal advice or recommendations through the Helpdesk.
Milestone will provide video or written manuals and tutorials on the website to educate users about Platform functions and services.
Crypto Signals are provided by external Signal Providers and external advisors, hence; the use of signals is at the sole risk of the users.
- Risks
The Users must initially understand the potential risks involved with the use of Services, understand price volatility, and potential loss in trading and holding currencies.
The User should understand and accept full responsibility for using our Platform. The User must constantly assess the risks involved with the use of our services including market price volatility, potential platform errors, and interruptions.
Milestone won’t provide legal, tax, or investment advice considering your personal financial situation and investment objectives. You should seek help from experts before or during the use of our Platform.
- Indemnity
The User must protect and keep the Platform harmless from and against liabilities, costs, or damages that arise from third-party claims either resulting from the User’s behavior related to the use of our Services or breach and violation of laws, regulations, and terms.
- Hyperlinks
In case Milestone provides hyperlinks to third-party websites, they should not be viewed as endorsements of services and/or products of such websites. Milestone accepts no responsibility in regard to the content, use, or availability of such websites.
- Miscellaneous
The terms and conditions, as mentioned here, are subject to changes, and we will notify users about significant changes through newsletter and website notification. You surely have acknowledged the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions, by continuing to use our services.
Users won’t be able to transfer the rights and obligations from these Terms to third parties.
In case the platform does not enforce part of these Terms, this should not be considered as a right to not enforce them at a later moment against another user.
The invalidity and unenforceability of any provisions of the Terms should not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions of these Terms. Such invalid provisions shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable law.
The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turkey country.
Any possible dispute arising in connection with these Terms should be exclusively submitted to the court of Istanbul, Turkey unless it can be settled in a friendly fashion.
